Real estate projects that make a difference
The role of the DHM Real Estate Department is to manage and market the assets of the Discovery Fund. To this end, the Real Estate Department team regularly analyses the market, devises development and marketing strategies for the assets, and manages the sales process.
Clients of Discovery Fund real estate assets are supported throughout all stages of the marketing process, particularly in the post-sale phase.

Laguna Resort
Laguna Resort is a tourist complex of excellence located in Vilamoura in the Algarve. It consists of 34 apartments and 13 villas, in a closed condominium, with a playground, garden and swimming pool.
The apartments, with one, two or three bedrooms, include large balconies and terraces and offer panoramic views of the sea, golf course or gardens and pool. The 3-bedroom villas have a private garden, barbecue and terrace.
All accommodation is fully equipped and furnished and all include private parking spaces. Apartments and villas range in size from 76 m2 to 264 m2, including terraces and balconies.
Quinta das Areias
The properties are in a closed condominium, with swimming pool, tennis court and padel court, located on the south bank of the River Lima, 5 minutes from the centre of Viana do Castelo and 1 km from Cabedelo beach. There are several 3-bedroom villas being sold, 1 plot for construction of 18 dwellings and 1 shop at the entrance of the condominium.
The villas have gross floor areas of between 176 and 297 m2, the shop is 260 m2 and the site allows for the construction of a building with a basement and approximately 2,500 m2 of GFA above ground.


Dolce CampoReal Lisbon
The Dolce CampoReal resort has a hotel, with the Dolce by Wyndham brand, an 18-hole golf course, 204 villas, 167 flats and a small shopping area.
Located near Turcifal, in the municipality of Torres Vedras, Dolce CampoReal offers excellent access to Lisbon (via the A8 motorway) and is a great alternative for those who work in Lisbon but want to live away from the city.
There are several units being sold for services and residences. The units available for services consist of a supermarket with café, a restaurant, an office of around 500 m2 and four retail units, all with direct access to the outside.
Vila Viçosa
Plot located in the centre of Vila Viçosa, in the district of Évora, with an area of 6,500 m2, for tourist use, planned for the construction of a hotel with 100 rooms, with a gross floor area above ground of 5,400 m2 and below ground of 4,350 m2.


Quinta da Aldeia
Located in the Quinta da Aldeia development, in Santa Bárbara de Nexe, in the Algarve, 3 plots of land for construction of detached villas, 5 plots of land for construction of terraced houses, 1 plot of land for construction of a building with 4 units and 1 plot of land for construction of a building with 2 units, one of them for services. The detached villas may have gross floor areas between 194 and 230 m2 (plots between 417 and 573 m2) and the terraced houses a gross floor area of 180 m2 (plots between 176 and 253 m2). All the villas allow the construction of a basement. The 4-apartment building allows for a total gross floor area of 270 m2 above ground, while the 2-unit building allows for a gross floor area of 155 m2 for the residential part and 465 m2 for the commercial/services part.

Quinta do Vale
A Tourist Village with 57 2+1 ensuite bedroom villas, within Quinta do Vale Golf Resort, in Castro Marim, about 15 minutes from the beaches of the Algarve coast. The resort includes an 18-hole golf course, with sweeping views of the Guadiana, designed by the renowned former golfer Severiano Ballesteros.
In this architectural project, designed by Saraiva+Associados, each of the 57 villas will have a garden with a heated pool, parking, and views of the golf course and/or the Guadiana river. The gross floor area of each villa will be around 175 m2. The development is designed for tourist use and will have quality outdoor spaces, communal pool, gym, kids club and restaurant.
Oceanville
Located between the centre of Albufeira and the marina, close to some of the Algarve’s most famous beaches, Oceanville is a tourist development consisting of 187 flats and an apart-hotel with another 92 one-bedroom flats. The architectural project was designed by Broadway Malyan, and the 187 tourist flats are divided into 2 one-bedroom, 88 2-bedroom and 97 2-bedroom duplex, with gross construction areas between 81 and 122 m2. The development will have an indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, kids club, spa, restaurant and business centre, and will be branded and managed by DoubleTree by Hilton.


Harbour View Sesimbra
The Harbour View Sesimbra is a development comprising 79 apartments, located 600 metres from Ouro Beach in Sesimbra. In the architectural project, managed by the NN Architecture studio, the 79 tourist apartments are divided into 12 studios (GFA between 34 and 79 m²), 33 one-bedroom apartments (GFA between 56 and 81 m²), 30 two-bedroom apartments (GFA between 74 and 87 m²), and 4 three-bedroom apartments (GFA between 145 and 157 m²). The development will include a garage with the possibility of electric car charging, a garden, outdoor pools, and a multi-purpose room.
