Octant Ponta Delgada
Here the sea is the master. The Octant Ponta Delgada is located on the city’s seafront and all its rooms have ocean views.
For meetings, it has a space of 464 m2 which can be adapted to the size of the event and partitioned into the number of rooms required.
For meals, you can enjoy the À TERRA restaurant or one of the many private spaces we have, with dishes by Chef Paulo Leite that pay homage to Azorean produce.
For your employees or guests, the list of experiences is enormous: from whale- and dolphin-watching on a boat leaving the quay right in front of the hotel, tours around the island or golf clinics.
But if you want to provide a truly immersive experience we suggest dinner at a 16th century Convent on the seafront (maximum 20 people).
Octant Douro
When guests arrive, the usual reaction is one of amazement at the surrounding landscape. The Octant Douro nestles between the hills and the river, which offer complete tranquillity interrupted only by the sounds of nature.
The setting alone would be reason enough for your event to be a success. But then add the hotel’s facilities, the local experiences available, the cuisine and the high quality service.
The Octant Douro has two meeting rooms. The 90 m2 Douro room can accommodate up to 100 people and is perfect for hosting a business meeting, a lecture or even a cocktail party. Right next door is the comfortable and discreet Library. Both rooms are fully equipped for business meetings, and their layout is adaptable to the type of event you wish to hold.
There are two restaurants in the Hotel: RAIVA, with a sophisticated cuisine but linked to typical regional produce, combined and prepared by Chef Dárcio Henriques, and À TERRA, with a more relaxed but equally unique menu.
We have two boats and an anchorage, which allow you to go upriver and have a picnic, for example, on Amores Island.
Consider also a walk along the Paiva walkways, crossing the famous suspension bridge, an activity that is both physical and recreational, in a breathtaking landscape.


Octant Lousã
The Octant Lousã is located inside a fully restored 18th century palace, brimming with elegance and good taste.
The Hotel has three meeting rooms: the João Antunes room for small gatherings in a palatial atmosphere, the Camélias room measuring 300 m2 and the Magnólia room at 80 m2. By combining these rooms we can cater for different occasions and themes.
The Octant Lousã has a Spa and two indoor dining areas. During the warmer season the hotel can organise meals in the garden or on the terrace overlooking the mountains, where guests can enjoy a magnificent sunset.
With the mountains right on the doorstep, there are many nature-related activities, from picnic walks, deer watching and swimming in the rivers. The hotel also has electric and conventional bicycles for rides in the mountains.
Octant Évora
A naturally calm habitat, with plenty of space and time to soak up the 11-hectare natural landscape that stretches as far as the Monte Novo dam. This is the place where freedom persists. A place to let simplicity shape your days.
A 124 m2 meeting room with an outdoor terrace. In addition to this room, there are other areas of the hotel which can be adapted for meetings.
The hotel has a spa and indoor pool, an outdoor pool for all guests and three contemplation pools looking out over the plains, exclusively for adults. There is a kitchen garden on the property that serves the hotel restaurant, and guests can see and feed the farm animals.
This extensive property makes a wide range of activities possible, including balloon ascents and horse riding. On the menu: the best of Alentejo cuisine, of course.


Villa C
Boutique Hotel
Since opening, the Villa C Boutique Hotel has established itself as a dynamic hub of cultural activity, on a par with the town of Vila do Conde itself, situated only 27 kms from the city of Porto and connected by metro.
It boasts modern décor and has 3 meeting rooms and coworking spaces.
The À TERRA restaurant serves meals with a sophisticated but informal cuisine and can always provide menus tailored to your event.
Monte Real
Hotel, Termas, Spa
Almost equidistant from Lisbon and Porto, the hotel is located on an estate with several hectares of forests and lakes, within the Monte Real spa complex. This completely renovated hotel offers optimum conditions for gatherings, meetings and business events.

This is DHM’s most recently opened hotel, which has been totally renovated and carries the guarantee of the Crowne Plaza brand. The Hotel is 25 minutes away from Lisbon International Airport and 15 minutes away from the city centre. It, therefore, offers easy access to the Centro Cultural de Belém and Lisbon Congress and Events Centre, both of them renowned for conferences, conventions and major events such as the Web Summit.
